KERRIE GENES
FOUNDER
Kerrie Genes is the visionary founder and CEO of KFIT Body, an all-women's fitness and wellness space dedicated to helping women become stronger—physically, mentally, and emotionally. In 2011, Kerrie left her career as a Physical Therapy Assistant in traditional rehab to fill a critical gap in the fitness market: creating a place where women could learn to lift weights, build strength, and train in a way that was both efficient and effective for women’s bodies.
What began as a small community-focused gym has since evolved into a dynamic wellness hub, offering comprehensive support for women at every stage of their health and wellness journey. Though KFIT has grown and transformed over the years, Kerrie’s mission remains unchanged: to empower women to break through self-imposed barriers and realize their full potential.
As a Board-Certified Psychosynthesis Life & Wellness Coach, Kerrie blends fitness, nutrition, and mindset coaching to help women cultivate lasting confidence and self-empowerment. Through KFIT, she continues to foster a community where women uplift one another, prioritize holistic well-being, and discover strength they never knew they had.

Ally
GM + Head Coach
Ally has been in the fitness & strength and conditioning world for over 15 years. After graduating with her Master’s in Strength and Conditioning and training athletes of all levels, Ally found her passion focusing on the female athlete throughout their life stages, including pregnancy and postpartum stages. She achieved both her Strength and Conditioning Certification and Pregnancy and Postpartum Specialist Certification, and is co-founder of FitPartum. As Head Coach at KFIT, Ally relates to the struggles and the drive many mothers have, and is passionate about helping women during and after pregnancy.
Kristen
Sweat Expert + Member Experience Specialist
Kristen has been passionate about health and fitness for almost 12 years, and the pandemic allowed her to pursue her true passion and become a personal trainer. She believes the number on the scale does not define you. She wants to help women understand they can have a balanced life while achieving their fitness goals. She believes that how you feel on the inside is way more important than how you look on the outside, no matter what society or social media says.

Sweat Expert
Kara is an expert trainer and a dedicated mom of three with over 15 years of experience in the fitness industry. She is also a certified postpartum trainer whose passion lies in helping women and moms regain their strength, confidence, and energy through fitness. Kara’s expertise and empathetic approach make her an invaluable resource for our community of women.
Andrea
Sweat Expert
With years of experience coaching strength and HIIT classes, plus a master’s in mental health counseling, Andrea brings a unique and thoughtful approach to fitness. She believes in the power of movement to build strength both physically and mentally — and is especially passionate about working with teen athletes and creating inclusive, empowering spaces for all.

Sharilynn
Sweat Expert
Sharilynn brings over six years of coaching experience and contagious energy to every class. Known for her uplifting and supportive style, she creates a space where women feel confident to push past limits and stay consistent. Her classes are both empowering and fun—catch her on Friday nights at KFIT!
Kate
Sweat Expert
Kate is a group fitness and yoga instructor with a background in cheerleading, powerlifting, and horseback riding. Her teaching focuses on making yoga accessible and empowering, helping others reconnect to movement and self-care. Off the mat, she’s often adventuring with her dogs or planning her next getaway.
Lauren
Yoga Expert
Lauren is a vinyasa yoga instructor who guides students toward deeper mind-body connection through breath, alignment, and flow. With a style that blends strength and softness, she helps others access their inner wisdom, create space for gratitude, and move with intention on and off the mat.
Jess
Yoga Expert
Jess is a yoga and meditation teacher who brings over a decade of experience to her classes. With certifications in yoga, breathwork, and meditation, she offers thoughtful, grounded instruction that blends ancient wisdom with modern life. Jess teaches everything from heated vinyasa to family yoga and now leads international retreats through her company, Let’s Jess Be Here.
