Well here we are…the seasons are shifting and we are ready for change! #SeptemberIsTheNewJanuary and we are rolling out all the ideas and plans to help get you back into a routine post Summer! But first, a huge congrats is in order!
Summer Committed Committee Winner!
Our Summer check-in challenge winner is Julie Shanahan! Congrats to Julie, she won a FREE month of fitness for putting in the work at the gym and at home in July and August! We all know how hard it is to stay on track during the hot summer days and we are so proud of you for staying accountable!
If you took a hiatus, DON’T beat yourself up! Simply ease your way back into our arms. We are here for you!
September Fitness Challenge
We are changing the Committed Committee up this month, instead of tracking your classes you’re going to be putting up your accumulated miles for the month of September. You can count all miles in class/at home/at work etc. and all miles count, running/walking/jogging. Good luck!
Labor Day Reduced Schedule: 9/2- 8:30/9:30 Bootcamp and Fitcustom Classes (sitting available in both hours)
3:30PM Returns to Big Group as of 9/10
8:30AM Big Group is on hiatus for Fall and possibly Winter
Tuesday Fit Custom moving to 5:30pm
Thursday Fit Custom Moving to 6:30pm
Sunday Open Gym is staying 8:30-9:30am for the forseeable
Nutrition/Fall Flex Plan
We had nothing but positive feedback from participants of our Spring Flex plan, along with some SERIOUS results! We are excited to hook you up with all new Fall recipes, snack ideas and fun challenges during this 10-week Nutrition Group!
Kick off meeting is 9/14 @9:30am. Plan Starts September 16th!
This plan will help you:
- Learn how to eat balanced meals
- Stop villainizing food groups
- Become a meal prep BOSS
- Cater your meals to your cravings
- Navigate social outings so you can enjoy the holiday’s without over-doing it

KFIT Fall Social

Try a Free Class
Spread the word, KFIT will be offering a Free Trail Class the first Saturday of each month for anyone interested in trying a class! Our first one kicks off 9/7@ 9:30 am! Friends can sign-up directly on the class schedule on our website!
