Our Flexible Meal Guide allows you to choose your weekly meals, snacks and even when to have a night out. Because we all deserve a flexible approach with eating! Your assigned coach will provide support, accountability and the tools you need to reach your personal goals with this non-restrictive approach. This plan is great for those who struggle with a strict meal plan and wish to develop a more balanced approached that fits their lifestyle.
- 30-minute Initial assessment w/ assigned Nutrition Coach
- Weekly Meal Plan Guide including 2 breakfasts, 2 lunches, 3 dinners
- 1 flex meal (for social occasions) and a sweet and salty snack list
- Weekly progress assessments including two 20 minute in-person check-ins
- Ongoing email support throughout the plan.
- Personalized calorie calculations, based on body composition, goals, activity level, and caloric needs. Adjustments as needed.
