It’s the most wonderful time of the year. Let’s use that as motivation/personal challenge to feel our best and not let the never ending plans and parties etc. etc. rule our life. November and December are BUSY, we know. You may have to adjust your usual routine to make it work. We as coaches love to see you in different class times that you’re not typically in. We will 100% be excited and say something like, “OMG I never see you at this hour?!”. TRY US. Hold on tight, the Holiday season is here.
Thursday 3:30 pm Bootcamp class will be open gym as of 11/7
Veteran’s Day 11/11- Open gym 8:30 – Classes starting at 9:30 then regular schedule. *no sitting at 4:30PM
Thanksgiving 11/28 – We are switching it up this year..join us for a KFIT TEAM workout! Come get your sweat on at 8:30AM instead of pretending you’re going to sign up for the 5k. We can guarantee you’ll burn some calories before you go enjoy time with family and friends. We will work out at one big group, all levels welcome. SIGN UP AT FRONT DESK!

“Treats for the Troops” – Drop your Halloween candy off at KFIT and we will make sure it goes far away from your house. LOL. No seriously, drop it off and we will personally deliver it to a dentist office in Milton that will ship it to the Troops. Out of sight out of mind!
#KFITGIVESTHANKS – November is here and it’s about time we did a “check-in” challenge on Facebook for our own accountablility and a to serve our community. Every time you come to the gym, check-in on your personal Facebook page with the hashtag, #KFITGIVESTHANKS. The Fit Custom member and Big Group member with the most check-in’s will recieve our awesome new KFIT winter hat. The hashtag will also be a reminder to bring in non-perishable items to be donated to the Weymouth Food Pantry. You can drop your items off in our lobby starting November 1st.
Kerrie has teamed up with some inspirational female leaders in the community and created KFIT’s first ever workshop for preteen girls ages 10-12. This 4 week project is designed to spark confidence for girls in their food choices, stress management skills and understanding that no one size fits all when it comes to movement and fitness. MOM’s Night Out
Join us at KFIT, Wednesday Nov. 6th @6:30PM for a night of self care for local Mom’s. It’s FREE, please share with your friends!

CC is back! Get your name on the white board, set a goal, and crush it. Track your attendance for the month and work hard to make it to as many classes as possible. Make it to 20, and receive the recognition that you deserve. The Holiday’s give us ALL THE EXCUSES to miss class, don’t let those excuses get in the way of your workouts.
The only 5k you need to sign up for is YULE FEST. Period. We organize a bus to leave from KFIT around 8AM and it returns around 1PM. We laugh a lot, there’s a dance party with a DJ, eat snacks, drink the drinks and have all the fun. It literally IS our KFIT Christmas party. If you’re nervous about running, hop in with Coach Erika for some training runs to get you ready. Next training run is 11/8 at 5:30PM, sign up on clipboard in Fit Custom Room.
