Hello Mayyyyyy (almost)! Insert Justin Timberlake meme. You may have heard and the rumor is true, Kerrie (our favorite boss lady)  is getting hitched on May 3rd!!  Fear not,  KFIT WILL NOT SHUT DOWN (lol).  A few of the very best coaches will be holding down the gym for the week! Help us wish her a huge congratulations and a lifetime of happiness when she returns mid-May. 🙂

We will be running a lean team during Coach Kerrie’s nuptials, therefore you will see some reduced open gym hours during this first two weeks of May. 

~May 5th-  No Open Gym ( sign up for Charlotte! link below)

~May 12th- Happy Mother’s Day to all our KFIT mummas! Grab your favorite mum and come to Barrel Z for a workout in the taproom.   A little sweat and pint to start the day.  Sign up HERE!

~May 18th, 9:30AM – Bring a friend partner workout.  Sign yourself and your friend up using this link.

~Memorial Day Weekend Schedule –

  • Saturday 5/25 – regular hours
  • Sunday 5/26 – Classes will replace Open Gym.  8:30/9:30AM (sign up on app) – No Yoga.
  • Monday 5/27 – Closed – Check your email or our social media for a KFIT workout you can do outside!

~Mark your calendars for the KFIT 8 Year Anniversary party! Let’s socialize out of our gym clothes and meet up for drinks and fun. Doesn’t matter whether you have been a member for 2 weeks or all 8 years,  all are welcome! More details to come.

MAY EXTRA FITNESS CHALLENGE 

~May Miles! “Check-In” on your personal FB page to KFIT Bootcamp with the hashtag, #maymiles.  The most check-ins will win you a donation to a charity of your choice from us.  All you got to do is get out and walk, run or jog your way through the month of May, have some fun with it. 🙂

Earn some #maymiles by signing up for some local races!

The Run for Charlotte. This run is an old favorite for KFIT!

Scituate 5K9.  You can bring your pup!

Hingham Road Race – Let’s get a crew for this one!  Same race director that does YULE FEST 🙂  It’s not till June 9th but put it on your radar.

 


 

SCHEDULE CHANGES (for now)

~  Friday -FIT CUSTOM-  45 min Fit Blast class added as of 5/10.  We will trial this time out for May!

~YOGA moved to Wednesday 5:30 PM as of 5/15- Unfortunately our Yoga girl is not available on the day most requested on poll. We will trial time this for the month and keep if attendance improves!

~May 5th/11th No Yoga

~Due to low attendance 10:30AM OPEN GYM on Monday’s and FIT CUSTOM 5:30PM MON/WED will be removed from the schedule as of 5/6.

~Sunday Open Gym hours bump to 8-9AM as of 6/2.
