Spring ahead Y’all! Lighter longer is a whole mood. Turn your clocks ahead March 8th. We are getting you guys outside this month with a challenge that’s good for the environment, kicking off the KFIT Open, rocking our first ever Strength Meet and more. Check it out!
Also, you guys crushed it with all the #heartyourhealth check-ins for Boston Children’s Hospital. We also had our biggest turnout for our “ELLA” workout to date. We can’t thank you enough for supporting KFIT and the causes that mean so much to us!
Sunday YOGA continues through 3/22
Friendly Competition anyone?? If you’ve been a KFITTER for a bit, than you are likely in the know about our version of the Cross Fit Open which we obviously re-named ‘The KFIT OPEN’. A little backgroud to catch you up to speed. The Cross Fit Open is 5 weeks long, one workout per week, it is announced on Thursday nights and is to be completed by Monday for an official score. The ELITE athletes and I mean ELITE as in it’s their job to workout, move on the secure a spot in the Cross Fit Games. The unknown of the workout each week is really where all the fun and anticipation comes from. If you have never seen or heard of the Open it’s definitely worth checking out on the interwebs. Insert the KFIT OPEN. In years past we have made our version loosley based around the prescribed workouts of the CF Open. It has also been the full 5 weeks (every Friday pm). Cross Fit changed their Open up this year and so are we. So these are the deets!
- Partner Style
- 3 weeks instead of 5 starting on March 27th.
- 5:30 Start Time
- Open to all Levels: Fit Custom, Scaled, RX, Masters
- It’s for fun, not all three weeks are required unless you want to be eligible for a prize.
- Weekly poll for attendance
3/7 Sip and Sweat with your Fit Custom Fraands! Bring a friend at 9:30AM for a fun partner style workout and then stick around for some snacks and refreshments.
3/20 Come cheer on our Strength Camp gals in our first ever KFIT Strength Meet. Time TBD.
Spring Flex plan enrollment is open and ends this Friday 3/6!

With Spring on the horizon we are encouraging you to get outside to move! There’s a good deed attached to this. We want you to bring a bag with you (preferably re-usable one) and pick up some trash you see along your route. You don’t have to go overboard, and certainly don’t have to touch any questionable items but hey, any amount off the sidewalks is a win for your town. We believe changes to our environment start with US, and we all can have an impact! Take on the #KFITcleansup challenge and show us on your Insta Story or post it on our Clean Eats FB page.
