Hello KFIT! We’re almost over a not so bad winter…. here’s hoping I didn’t jinx us for a Spring Blizzard!  Stranger things have happened.  You ladies are off to a great start of 2019 with solid attendance, goal setting, and goal crushing.  We are thrilled to see the progress big or small, it all counts.  GOT GOALS?  Book a session, get a notebook, tell a friend! Sometimes saying it out loud can help with the follow through.  We would love to hear from you! Last thing before the updates: HAPPY 1 YEAR in our new space!!! Time sure does fly. Thanks to all of our members for keeping us in business and making KFIT possible 🙂

Friday Night Lights continues – ALL LEVELS, ALL THE FUN!

St. Patty’s 5K

Bust out your KFIT St. Patty’s Tee and sign up for the Marshfield 5k.  This run is loads of fun and we tend to have a big KFIT crowd!  Sign up HERE

SPRING FEVER 8-WEEK NUTRITION GROUP:
Dates: April 1- May 25th
Cost: $249

  • No food logging, no strict plan, multiple meal options and snacks.
  • Weekly Meal Guide Including 1 “flex” meal/week.
  • Weekly workout with fellow participants held on Saturdays @9:30am
  • Weekly workouts followed by a 15-minute meeting to measure progress and address personal struggles.
  • Option to upgrade to meal delivery service.

Stretch Clinic with Kellie B 3/24 9:30am: Dr. Kellie Bedoni will run three mobility clinics focusing on motion and stability to improve your performance with workouts. Each clinic will focus on different areas of the body and incorporate education and demonstration.  Clinics will run for 30 and you can attend 1 or all 3.  The first in the series will cover spinal mobility and bracing techniques. This clinic is recommended for those who experience back pain, core weakness or feel limited mobility with movements. Sign into the OPEN GYM SKILL class on the schedule.

3/3 – OPEN GYM 101 for FITcustom members only! Come see what Open Gym is all about with Coach Ally @ 9:30 am. Sign into the OPEN GYM SKILL class on the schedule.

3/16- Saturday classes will shift a half hour earlier just for this day to accommodate the Marshfield 5k runners! Class times will be 7 and 8 AM. Sitting will be at 8 am.
