We all LOVE to workout, and here at KFIT we workout HARD. Working out and nutrition is important, but something that is overlooked is recovery. By recovering correctly, you allow your body to perform better the next workout.
Motion, flexibility and correct movement patterns are essential to injury prevention. Stretching strap/bands are a great way to stretch out your muscles to improve post-workout recovery. Static stretching for 5 minutes a day, five times a week has been shown to improve overall mobility which allows the body to move better and recover faster. Working through an injury is never a good idea, but let’s face it, we all do it. The downside is, it becomes intolerable and we are often forced to stop moving. Being sidelined from injury is more than frustrating. Nip those ailments in the bud as they appear and you will be back to moving pain-free in no time.
