Happy New Year! This past year we saw marriages, pregnancies, babies, new homes, new jobs and with the good, came the hard times too. A lot of happiness and healing happened in our community this year. Throughout all of life’s up and downs,  the support you all show for one another is something that doesn’t just happen anywhere.  KFIT is a family.  Thank you so much for choosing to be part of it. We have so many new ideas and programs coming this year and we are SO excited to hep motivate, encourage and support, you in anyway we can.  Here’s to all the amazing things we have to look forward to in 2020! To start…who’s ready for a little reset? We are dropping a 21-day reset to kick the sugar/booze fluff. This is NOT a lifestyle plan (its not realistic to eat this way for LIFE)  It is simply a RESET to kick the sugar cravings we may have acquired from over consuming during the holidays. Skill Sessions 

We are kicking off the new year with some Open Gym Skill Sessions.  Here’s the lineup thus far.

 1/5-  Barbell Clean Basics/Front Squats (Beginner level fitcustom or bootcamp)
 1/12-  T2B (all levels welcome- must be able to do 15 Strict Knee Raises)
 2/2-  FitCustom Pull-Up Clinic (beginner)
 2/9- Kipping Pull-up Clinic (must be on number 2 band or below)
March- DUB clinic TBD

Strength Camp followed by KFIT’s first ever Power Lifting meet!
