Our customized program, developed by women specializing in pregnancy and postpartum athleticism, will help you meet your exercise and nutrition goals safely and successfully after having a baby.

One (1) 60 Minute Evaluation & Three (3) 45 Minute Sessions

As you know, pregnancy and the birthing experience can be traumatic to the body! Kellie will assess and create a rehab program to address any post-partum issues you may be experiencing as well as over-see an appropriate exercise program specifically for you. Ongoing communication and follow up via email during this time will be available to ensure your program adapts to your needs.

FitPrivate Sessions with One of Our Certified Coaches

Four (4) 60 Minute FitPrivate Sessions

Our goal here is to work 1 day /week for a month in conjunction with Kellie to get you safely and effectively back into an exercise routine.
