So far so good with the snow situation but we have been here before. If it happens to dump on us, am classes will be adjusted accordingly the night before to the best of our knowledge and with our team’s safety in mind. Keep an eye out for updates if there is impending weather. We’re getting the ball rolling here in 2020 with a beefed-up February News Edition. Check it out!
February is #HEARTYOURHEALTH month at KFIT!
Charity Check-In in honor of Ella
Ella, (coach Em’s niece) received a heart transplant at Children’s 6-years ago this May. To honor this fierce little heart warrior, we created a HERO workout in her honor. Ella is thriving today thanks to her donor family and the amazing team at Boston Children’s Hospital, which is why we continue to support the amazing hospital.
Help us raise money for Boston Children’s Hospital in honor of our superhero Ella. Throughout the month of February, check into KFIT with the hashtag, #heartyourhealth when you come to class. KFIT will make a donation in exchange for the check-ins at the end of the month!
Ella’s Hero Wod 2/15– Bring a friend or a loved one to 9:30AM and get this challenging workout done partner style. Sign up at the desk.
2/2 – 10AM Sunday YOGA. Come get your stretch on during our 8 week Yoga trial. Classes are included to members with access to Open Gym. and can be purchased on the app for those without access or PURCHASE HERE. Friends are welcome for a $10 drop-in fee. 2/3 – Monday am classes will go back to 5:15AM.

2/8 – 9:30AM Fit Custom: Beginner level pull-ups
2/9 – 9:00AM Big Group members: Pull-ups/kipping *must be on a number 2 band or lower.
Six Strength Camp PLUS our First Ever Power Lifting meet!!!!!
Starts: February 5th
Ends: Meet on March 20th
Want to test your strength, make gains, feel like a badass? Sign up for our 6-week Strength camp with Coach Erika. Our focus will be on the three core power lifts, bench, back squat, and deadlift, ending with a KFIT meet!
-Begins February 5th
-60-minute training session with Coach E on Wednesday nights at 5:30 PM
-One additional day of programming to do on your own
-Ends with our first-ever Power Lifting Meet to be held on March 20th!
-All levels are welcome although you must have a clean bill of health to perform max lifts, meaning no current ailments!
