Hello! We hope you’re all off to a great start to 2019.  Did you get in for a goal sesh with Ally or Kerrie?  If you missed it and want to book a session, just shoot either of them an email to schedule some time.  February is a short month, but as usual we have an agenda of happenings! 🙂

Schedule

February Vacation –  8:30AM sitting added to Monday 2/18 and Wednesday 2/20 

Play Care – 4:30PM  Sitting on Thursday’s is back for the month of February.  This is a TRIAL. Book it up to keep it on the schedule! 

OG  Friday Open Gym hour changed to 6AM.  Additonal OG hour at 7:30AM. 

Poop Patrol– In case you missed the memo, our septic is sensitive. We have places bombs in the toilet that till detonate if you flush anything but natural waste and TP.  You’ve been warned.

FundraiserCoach Kel is running The Boston Marathon!! Whoop whoop!! Let’s show her some love and help her raise money for her charity, Tuft’s Medical Center during classes on Saturday, Feb. 9th.  In honor of Kell and Valentine’s Day, we added a “Bring a friend/spouse (yes men if your spouse is a man),” at 9:30. Let’s show em how we do it at KFIT!

KFIT OPEN – It’s Baaaackkkkkkk!! What am I talking about??  The KFIT Open is our version of the Crossfit Open which consists of 5 workouts spanned out over 5 weeks starting Feb. 21st.  The workouts are announced weekly via Reeebok.com and performed live.  Totally worth tuning in to watch these bad ass athletes compete against each other.  In a nutshell, we take their workout and modify it to appropriate KFIT levels, workouts are judged and scored and we will have a couple of winners at the end of the 5 weeks.   KFIT open will be every Friday night  starting at 5:15PM, first heat will go off at 5:45PM.  Participants responsible for their own judge.  To be eligible to win, you have to compete in all 5 weeks on Friday night.  If you want in but can only make one or two of the weeks, that’s totally fine!  This is a fun event that gets you out of your comfort zone and lights a little fire inside 🙂  We encourage all to try it out or come down and watch or be a judge.  

Friday Night Lights! Start time 5:15/5:30PM,  we will kickoff first heat close to 5:45. Please no later than 6:45 arrival time if you want to get in last heat.

Sunday OG: NO clinics during open, but girls can opt to make up the open workout on Sundays for fun.

Fun 5K

It could be freezing but…. it will  be fun.
