We'll start by tapping into your physical potential and guide you through breathing techniques to help unlock the incredible potential of your breath and prepare you for the Nordic Cycle. 

Nordic Cycle 

From there, you'll embark on a journey of purification with the Saltwater Soul Sauna's Nordic Cycle. You'll experience three cycles of hot/cold immersion, a combination that will leave you feeling refreshed, revitalized, and ready to conquer any challenge that comes your way. ⁠

Refreshments + Connection

Lastly, we'll connect as a group on our experience, as we nourish our bodies with nutritious refreshments courtesy of the Juice Barn.
