How long have you been a part of the KFIT Team?
I’ve been with Kerrie as a client since the very beginning, so 5 years. And I’ve been a coach I believe going on 3 years


Favorite amp up song?
Anything by Luther Vandross, ha I kid I kid! I have an affinity for old school hip hop so I would say anything really in that genre.


Favorite movement?
Hang Power Clean


If you could only eat one thing for ever what would it be?
Italian sub with everything toasted from the Venetian


What’s your go to Nutrition Tip?
To set realistic goals and eat clean 80% of the week/weekend. Oh and to drink lots of clear liquids (what vodka is clear lol!)

What would you tell your 20 year old self?
That everyone was right, eventually your metabolism does slow down and eating a chipwich and a bag of BBQ fritos every day for lunch will catch up to you.

I love Cleans!

Not pushing myself outside my comfort zone
