What would you tell your 20 year old self?
I would tell myself to not sweat the small things. Life hands you some serious ups and downs but each chapter will close and so far, a better one continues to open. And I would tell myself that I’m going to have a pretty great life by 30!

Squats of any variety

 

Biggest weakness in the gym?
Toe to Bar/ Rig work

2 Half marathons and 1 triathlon
