How did you get started in the fitness industry?
After college I started working in the Healthcare industry. I loved changing peoples lives for the better and when I started prepping for my first fitness competition I knew I wanted to make a change.


What has fitness taught you?
Too many to name! But the most important thing is that we only have 1 body. Take care of it!


How do you stay motivated?
I am 100% motivated by others. I have a really hard time training on my own and I feed off everyone’s energy.


What’s your go-to nutrition tip?
Moderation is key.
