Too many to choose from…deadlifts, hang clean, bench press, kb swings… Just to name a few!

 

If you could only eat one thing for every what would it be?
Ice cream without a doubt!

 

What’s your go to Nutrition Tip?
I’m a huge believer in everything in moderation. Life is too short to cut things you enjoy out permanently. Moderation is key!

What would you tell your 20 year old self?
I would tell myself to live more & not to be afraid of making mistakes or taking risks. It’s the best time in your life to explore, learn & grow! I wish I took more opportunities to do just that.

 

Biggest strengths in the gym?
Bench press & my overall conditioning are my biggest physical strengths. But most importantly, my overall dedication & determination to and in the gym is my biggest strength.

 

Biggest weakness in the gym?
Dubs!!!! and toes to bar. Ughhh!

 

Biggest Fitness accomplishment?
Competing in both Olympic lifting and Power lifting
