With the summer winding down (yes we are very sad about it too) a lot of us are ready to get back on a meal schedule. One of the biggest complaints with meal prep is having to eat the same meals multiple days a week.
We are here to tell you that doesn’t have to be the case. One way to spice up meals is to cook a large amount of plain protein, and use that for many different meals throughout the week, varying sauces/seasonings each meal (BBQ, buffalo, Mexican).
